ADRIAN J ADAMS ESQ SUED A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AND LOST!!!

Adrian J Adams ESQ filed a lawsuit (Case #NC051275 ) against HOA, Villa Riviera ( a former client) in Long Beach where he once served as counsel!!!!

Would your HOA now ever hire him?? It cost Villa Riviera over $55,000!!! Also, this was the same HOA where a former Board member sued him (look below). No HOA (homeowners association) should ever hire Adrian J Adams ESQ!!

UPDATE: On August 27, 2010, Adams Kessler was "slapped" with a lawsuit by Cerritos HOA (case #BC444560) for 1. Negligence 2. Breach of Fiduciary Duty. Please view a portion of the complaint below.

This is a case confirmed on appeal. Mr Adams was resposible for representinh the HOA and its Board leading up to the lawsuit.
HOA had to pay over $700,000.00 when appeal denied.; December 6, 2009 at 7:24 PM
